AiDA Help

AiDA (Accessible Information on Development Activities) is an extensive directory of activities from participating sites. From AiDA, you can get information on project funding and implementing agencies by country, donor, and topic.

How to search for activities in AiDA

AiDA consolidates over 600,000 records from over twenty sources. To find information, you can search on AiDA’s Live Activities or the AiDA Historical Repository.

Search AiDA Live Activities
  • Live Activities are those that have the status "Ongoing" or "Planned"
  • Archived Activities are those that have the status "Complete".

Search the AiDA Historical Repository
  • Information that is no longer updated is stored in the AiDA Historical Repository. Records from four sources –INDIX, UNDP, Mines Action, and Soros OSI NY- have been moved here and you can search these results separately. You can access the AiDA Historical Repository from the AiDA Advanced Search Page.

NOTE ON CONTRIBUTED CONTENT. The information provided in the AiDA directory is supplied by the donors that fund the aid activities. This data may not include all current or planned aid activities by these donors, and there is often a lag time between the start of an aid activity and its publication in AiDA.
